How to manipulate the Google Search Engine to Favor your website above the rest can make you a rich man

The Google Searh Engine receive the largest portion of all searches conducted world wide and you don't have to wait years to be indexed, can be done in a few minutes.

By having a Gmail email address you are being issued a Google Profile Page or most probably you can apply for one.

My Google Profile Page are being spidered during the day and any new posting is being immediately indexed into the main Google Search Engine index.

Here is some tips to optimize a website for top performance

First is to register a domain with lots of keywords in the domain name, should you have an existing domain is to load the subdomain page name with keywords.

Then the title tag of a website carry the most weight by the looks of things and should contain all your main keywords following by the description tag must be loaded with the main keywords.

In other words you must feed the Google Search Engine plenty spider food which is keywords and related keywords.

Next thing is to use comment tags through out the website loaded with keywords, believe me the Google Search Engine pay attention to each and every word on a website, so give it enough spider food to make a more intellegent decision.

The H1 tag carry penty weight and are used fot titles and sub-titles being H2 etc.

Now you should try to spinckle your keywords through out the body content of the page and make them bold or underline or italics drawing the spiderbot attention.

Graphics use a alt tag to describe the picture load it at the same time with keywords, do carry some weight as well as having a title tag loaded with keywords inside a hyper link.

You can also add extra tags inside the header tags like 'meta name=words content=keywords'

I have been doing this to my blogs as well as to my domains and did not once had a bad remark from the Google Search Engine.

Now everybody is looking for that sweet no.1 in the Google Search Engine search results cause that could mean millions of hits capable of generating a substantial amount of revenue and that all basically for free.

How to Choose an Online Poker Site

So, you have decided that you want to play poker Online, and your hunt for the perfect site has begun. But alas, there are literally hundreds of poker sites on the Internet. How do you discriminate between all of these available sites, to find that desired site ? There are several key criteria that you should be aware of, in your quest to find the poker site that is perfect for you. Understanding these criteria, and being able to use them as a basis for comparison, will significantly simplify your selection process:

Free Poker - If you are looking to play online poker for pure recreation, and not for money, ensure that the site you are interested in accommodates "free" players. Most online poker sites do cater to free players.

Software Download vs. Web-based - Most, if not all, online poker sites require you to download their poker client software onto your computer system to run. If you are adverse to downloading such software onto your system, then you might want to check to see if the poker site alternatively has a web-based poker interface, which allows you to play poker on the site from within your browser. Software installs run the potential risk of viruses and/or adware being loaded onto your system (although most of the reputable firms would never do that), but software installs on your computer generally run a lot faster than web-based sessions. Software installations harness the power of your local PC's CPU, whereas web-based interfaces rely on downloading any screen real estate updates over the Internet during play. This can be slow, particularly, if you are running over a slow internet connection (e.g., a dialup line). Hence, if you are after speed, select local software installations; if you are concerned about your computer's safety or cannot afford the disk space used by a software installation, select a web-based poker site.

Methods of Deposit/Withdrawal - If you are planning to play poker for money over the Internet, it is very important to consider the methods of deposit and withdrawal that a poker site supports. Many of these sites permit major credit cards to be used, which seem to be the universal deposit mechanism of choice. Others permit the use of bank transfer, ACH transfer, checks, and wire transfer from banks. Most poker sites also support some form of 3rd party eWallets, which provide an intermediary between banking institutions and the poker site itself. The main criteria to look at are: 1) What methods of deposit/withdrawal are supported by the poker site, and how many of these methods are supported by the locale that you live in ?; 2) Is it legal to fund/withdraw to/from a poker site, from the jurisdiction that you are playing in ?; 3) What are the fees associated with the 3rd party eWallet companies that you are able to use, and how reliable are they (this latter question can be researched on some of the poker message forum boards) ?

Locale Restrictions - Some poker sites restrict the playing for money (and even free play sometimes), based on your locale, and the laws governing gambling in your locale. You should check with the laws of your local jurisdiction and check with the poker site, to see if there are any imposed restrictions on play, based on your locale.

Support - You should definitely look at the methods of support that a poker site offers. Poker sites generally provide one (or more) methods of support that include: telephone support, fax support, Email support, and live chat support. The more of these that a poker site offers, the better. For telephone support, check and see if the poker site offers toll-free support from your playing jurisdiction or not.

Game Variety - Depending on your level of poker playing expertise and your interest in variety, it is important to determine which game types the poker site supports. Almost all of the sites offer Texas Holdem, but depending on your level of interest, you should check to see if they offer games like Five and Seven Card Stud, Omaha Poker (and all of its variations), Blackjack (not poker, but often included as a game option), Stud (and its variations), Draw poker, Tournament support, and limit and pot limit games. Tournaments in particular are very popular with online poker sites, and some site tournaments offer very large prize pools.

Bonuses - Most, but not all, of the poker sites offer some form of bonus to the player, when you initially sign up with the site. Each site's bonus is somewhat different, but of the one's that offer first time bonus, it is usually predicated on a minimum initial deposit. Many bonuses are also calculated based on the amount of money deposited and spent on the site. Additionally, many sites offer reload bonuses, which are bonuses that are offered to existing customers, beyond their initial deposit bonus, and as an incentive to keep you as a customer.

Graphics and Useability - This is a very important consideration. Every poker site has a different look and feel to it. If you are going to be playing poker for money, it is important that you feel comfortable with the screen graphics and your ability to navigate (via mouse or keyboard clicks) through the poker program. If you feel uncomfortable at all with the poker site, you should definitely not consider playing at it for money. You should always test a poker site out in "free" mode first, before actually considering it for real-money wagering.

Game Features - You should always consider the game features that are available with a given poker site. Game features such as hand history, multiple simultaneous playing windows, player notes, audible and visual indicators, player statistics, connection status indicator, player chat, turbo games, and screen options should always be considered.

Rake - Rake is the amount of the pot that the poker site takes (as part of its fee for doing business), from each hand. You should always be aware of how much rake a poker site takes (compared to another site). Poker sites usually use a Weighted Contribution rake method or an Average Contribution method, when calculating rake. Obviously, the lower the rake, the more money you will take home on hand wins, but this criteria by itself should not dictate which poker site you use, since all of the above factors need to be taken into consideration as well. In summary, the aforementioned criteria should always be used, when deciding which Poker site is best for you. Depending on your preferences, some of these criteria should be given more weight than others. Happy Poker site hunting !!

How to Learn to Program like a Pro

Easiest thing in the world to learn how to develop your own websites and do application programming.

Back in 1994 when the internet hit South Africa I got all fired up by this new medium and made it my mission to learn to write my own websites and learn some programming skills.

Never did I know how easy it is going to be if someone would just sit down and explain in in simple terms and this is exactly what I am going to to do just right now.

First you need a editor program and that you have already on your computer being part of your operating system and ships with Windows - Notepad.

Just click on Start, Programs, Accessories and then on Notepad to open.

You can open any website or html file with Notepad just click all files to display what ever files there are in a folder.

Once open what you see is the program itself may look complicated to the untrained eye however do not despair it is not rocket science and are actually very easy to understand once you got the hang of it.

All website code start with 'html' and end with '/html'

Then below the 'html' you got what we call the header tags 'head'....'/head' here you will find the title, description, style sheet or css and maybe some other tag like the name of the webmaster etc. not visible when the website is running.

Below the '/head' you will find the 'body bgcolor="#ffffff"' all that tell you or better the browser is to display this website with a white back ground, best to have a white back ground with black text make a good contrast and easy on the eye to read.

Below the 'body bgcolor="#ffffff"' you will find the 'table border="0" width="600" align="center" cellspacing="5"'

What the table does is basically to tell the browser that the website display in a browser are 600 pixels wide and displayed in the center of the screen and in my templates cases where I use two tables that they are spaced apart by 5 pixels.

You can download all my website templates for free no copyright use as you own easy to use and edit.

All you need to do is to change the text the pictures, hyper links and email address and saveas 'filename.htm' to create your own website.

As simple as that any body even a school kid can do it.

To make things even more easy is to download a free HTML Editor program 'AOLPRESS' from the internet. This editor create clean code and are really easy to use contain a great help file. I'm using mine for the past twenty years and it still work fine, you can also use Frontpage or Dream Weaver or any other editor if you like but I still maintain one should learn these few lines of code since it is so easy if you want to edit by hand in Notepad. Besides I do all my websites in Notepad and run them through 'AOLPRESS' to fix any mistakes if any at all.

Now for Application Programming

Just as simple and easy to learn and apply.

All you need for starters is a development program like Visual Basic 6 or and I would recommend to also have a Visual Basic.NET 2003 program being the previous versions of Microsoft's Visual Basic development program range. They are still very strong and you will find them to be able to develop just about any type of application you can think of.

There are also Delphi which runs on Pascal and Python for game development but for starters I would recommend is to go for Visual Basic

You should be able to purchase copies from Ebay for a few dollars. Visual Basic.Net 2003 contain a great help file with tons of code. You can also download free lines of code from the internet like from planet-source-code.com.

So how do one learn to use these programs being all new to it easy: You just simply open a existing program with any one of these developers edit the code by copy and paste new code saveas a executable file and run it.

Now if you are a real go getter is to learn the various bits and pieces of code but why break yourself since it is freely available online.

This is how I do all my websites and application programming and believe me the database program I developed I got all the program lines from the help file in Visual Basic.NET 2003 and are quite a complex program in order to create a website from Access Database.

I tried to figure out how to share all my favorite websites with my friends.

Then I thought instead of adding my favorite websites under the favorites tab in my browser is then to rather put them all into an access database which is a Microsoft product and quite easy to configure to suit my needs.

Then by creating a xml file of the database using a xslt conversion it is then quite easy to create a website with clickable links of the database.

Easy to upload the website to a server and email the link to my friends which allow them to have access to all my favorites.

I have used a xml file from Amazon to display their products on a website.

Tips About Keywords

Forget to obtain a high listing about popular keywords the competition is just to strong, have a look run a search for the keyword 'business' and you wil find probably millions of websites listed.

So what is the next best thing to do is to search for long tail keywords with small competition and having plenty searches.

I was running a search in http://www.wordtracker.com for 'programming' and what did I find is 'free programming hub' with less than 2 million competition and having 18000 searches per month, so I am in with a chance.

Website Copy Writing is an Art

What is the use having a website if the copy is unprofessional or just plain to little.

I have been writing websites for the past twenty years and have learned that if you want to rank high you should have at least 250 to 300 words in your copy.

Then you should have a proper title of about 140 characters loaded with keywords and a description of say 200 characters again loaded with keywords in your meta tags.

Keywords tag in the meta tags seem not to count any more since it does not seem to be of any value to the search engines any more.

Then also is to add alt tag to the graphics with some keywords however the alt tag are actually meant as a description of the graphic.

You should also sprinkle enough keywords through out the body text of the website.

We all are dependent on link popularity as it seems to be favored by all search engines in order to gain a high page rank which in turn result to higher ranking.

Having a first page ranking in Google can be its worth in gold so many hits could be generated.

Traffic equals business and that for basically for free and can be achieved following a few simple rules without over doing it..

Years ago when Google was young I had a domain and manage to build up over twenty thousand hits a month. Generating me a nice income as a online casino affiliate.

Then to run only one website in my oppinion you are waisting your time, what I did to work up thousands of hits is to run 1500 websites obviously having a link each to the main site each one properly optimized as well as I did a proper keywords research for each site.

As your link popularity increase the more hits you get and the higher the sites rise in the rankings.

If you should be in need of a webmaster knowing his way around to get results drop me a line and let us talk my fees are not cheap but better spent money with someone who get results than otherwise.

Even people with existing websites are welcome since few webmasters actually do know internet marketing.
